We have clients who had sites designed by us or simply have us do their maintenance.
The work can range from simple updates to facelifts (new or updated site designs); and on to complete redesigns.
Our job is to understand our customer and their needs. We spend time to interview and review your communication and marketing leaders so a detailed web development plan is created.
We make suggestions to our clients to fill them in on the state of their site and the solutions that are possible or in some cases would be best business practice.
If you choose to participate in our DIY (Do It Yourself) program, once the site is designed maintenance will be an easy action for your to perform on your own site; even without knowing any technical mumbo jumbo.

RedRiverPlayboys.com; a complete redesign using the DIY tool so that the client can make future modifications to the site's content without knowing how to edit code or own special software.
The Red River Playboys are not unlike many clients in that they had someone create them a website years ago and had not made any changes to it for quite some time. They did not know who owned their domain name, where it was hosted or who was going to perform maintenance for them.
We were hired to consult the band leaders about this situation and found that they were indeed interested in the DIY option.
We took into consideration their needs and got them ready for the next 10 years of their website's career.
 Here is a before of the site as it existed prior to us coming on board with the project. As stated earlier, the client did not know anything about the site (where hosted, who the webmaster was, how to make or request changes, who owned the domain, what the ftp information was).
Besides normal improvements in search engine optimization, reader friendliness, navigation, updated information and mp3's; dynamic modules have been added to bring the site up to par with today's available modern tools such as poll questions, news blogs, feedback forms and security protected guestbooks. (All of these are editable by the client now. -- see an example here)
We also have an e-commerce tool in place for them now to be able to take payments online for their cd sales. As of this writing, the Playboys are in the process of setting up their accounts so the option is not fully tied in yet.
